Indigenous Creatures

Stainless steel. 2023 Client: The City of Clearwater, FL.

This series of five stainless sculptures are installed around the Crest Lake Park Discovery Trail in Clearwater, FL. They are freestanding pieces that are integrated into the landscape and depict animals indigenous to the lake biome. 

The sculptures include a dragonfly, frog, fish, moorhen, and spider. They are all animals which can be seen in the park and represent a diverse cross section of species - an insect, an amphibian, a fish, a waterbird, and an arachnid.
